As a result of our efforts to implement a continuous improvement system ensuring our customers constant satisfaction, our Quality Management System has been certified according to IRAM – ISO 9001:2000 regulation.
Melenzane S.A. Certificates of Quality is oriented to fully and constantly satisfy the expectations our customers at the Government of Argentina have towards the products we market.
This is the reason why Melenzane S.A. has set up a Quality management system following the International ISO 9001:2000 standards as a strategic tool to continuously improve their processes related to the supply and sale to the Government, in all their contract means, for all stationery and computers items, printings, school and office furniture, agricultural, industrial and infrastructure supplies, hospital supplies and equipment, medicines, bazaar, cleaning and cooking items, sport articles, clothing and entertainment articles.
Our image and more than 37 years performance as Government suppliers, our action featured by our careful work during the previous consulting stages, quotations and delivery to our customers and our comitment to continuous improvement in our processes oriented to cover, even to improve if possible, their explicit and tacit requirements, will continue being the means through which Melenzane S.A. will go on sustaining our quality commitment to customers.
